Dual Enrollment Application and Registration Deadlines

You are required to get approval from your high school to participate in this program. 

Each high school has its own approval deadlines, which we cannot override. Give yourself lots of time and get started today.

Enrollment Deadlines

New Students

Once we receive high school approval, please allow up to five business days to receive your CPCC ID via email and in MyConnect.

Expect up to four weeks for Central Piedmont to process complete applications once we receive high school approval.

The table below indicates the date by which Central Piedmont must receive approval from your high school based on course start date.
 

Continuing Students

To continue with the Dual Enrollment program, students must upload a transcript to MyConnect each semester. 

The table below indicates the earliest date Central Piedmont can accept transcripts for each semester, as well as the deadline by which transcripts must be uploaded.  Students without a valid transcript for the required semester will be dropped from their classes after the deadline.

Rolling Registration Deadlines

Students admitted and processed for dual enrollment may continue to register for classes until the day after the start date listed for the class. For example, if a class starts October 16, a student may register for that class until October 17.
