  • Spring Professional Development Day: No Classes for Students

    No classes for all students; otherwise, the college is open. Normal operations will resume on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

  • Online: Workforce Scholarships Information Session

    The Workforce Scholarships (formerly GEER) help community college students enrolling in continuing education (CE) courses and high-demand workforce training programs that lead to a state or industry-recognized credential. 

    The next information session for Workforce Scholarships is on January 7, 2026. The college is closed from 12/20/2025 to 1/4/2026.

    Umentoring provides all-around mentoring and service for any student, male or female, who wants a little extra support to help you with whatever your goal is at Central Piedmont. The program is open to male and female students enrolled in for-college-credit courses. We offer comprehensive activities that promote your personal development, academic improvement, and other social and educational advancement needs to help you realize your goals.
