Financial Aid Forms

• All forms may be filled out online, but they must be printed afterwards and signed in ink. We can only accept electronic signatures written in Stylo or Docusign and Adobe
• Forms can be emailed to financial.aid@cpcc.edu
• Do not submit photo images of your forms. Submitting forms as photo images can make it slower for us to process your forms.

Submit your completed forms to our office by uploading them to MyCollege: 

1. Log in to your MyCollege. 
2. Select Student Services. 
3. Select Financial Aid Forms. 
4. Select the Financial Aid Upload form. 
5. Upload your form. 

If you are not able to upload your documents to MyCollege, you can still bring them in-person to a Financial Aid office at any campus.
