Money Matters
Estimated Cost of the Program: Approximately $5094
Payment Deadlines:
- $600 deposit due Dec 10, 2024
- $1465 due Jan 13,2025
- $1465 due Feb 10, 2025
- $1464 due March 17, 2025
Please note that these deadlines are firm. Scholarship applications will be sent with acceptance letters, all scholarship funds, if received, will be applied to the last payment. The Center for Global Engagement Scholarship application packets will be sent if you are accepted and admitted into a study abroad program. All Study Abroad Scholarship Packet components will be due by noon December 10, 2024.
*If you are accepted on or after December 10, 2024, you will be required to pay the $100 nonrefundable application fee and the $600 deposit upon time of application submission for a total of $700. If you are not accepted into the program, you will be refunded the $600 deposit.
This estimated cost includes:
- This cost is approximate and includes the $100 application fee due when you apply
- $20 insurance fee, flights, and program costs.

Additional Expenses
The following expenses are not included in the program fee:
- passport and visa fees (if applicable)
- Central Piedmont course registration associated with the program
- personal expenses (ex: meals in airports, snacks, souvenirs, etc.)
