Central Piedmont provides new student orientation to help you feel prepared for your new academic journey.
New Student Orientation
Orientation is a required enrollment step to help you navigate the college and decide which careers and programs interest you.
Complete orientation online in Brightspace by logging in with your Central Piedmont username and password and selecting Enroll in Course.
Accessing Your Student Account
If you don’t know your username and password, you may need to activate your account or reset your password using our online tools. Also, be sure to set up DUO mobile for multifactor authentication.
It may take up to 24 hours for your Brightspace access to work once you activate your student account. If it has been more than 24 hours and you still cannot log in, please email us.
New Student Connect Sessions
Once you have registered for classes, sign up to attend a New Student Connect Session. During these in-person sessions, you’ll learn how to get prepared for the first day of class, meet and interact with other new students, find out how to get involved, and have an opportunity to go on a campus or program tour.
