Annual Enrollment will be held October 15, 2015 through November 18, 2015. Enrollment details and the benefits briefing schedule is available by clicking the following link 2016 Annual Enrollment
As a reminder, employees who are currently enrolled or plan to enroll in the 80/20 Plan or Consumer-Directed Health Plan may complete the following wellness activities now:
- Select or update your Primary Care Provider. To select or update your PCP, click on the following link https://cppshr.hrintouch.com
- Complete your health assessment. To complete or update your health assessment, click on the following link Personal Health Portal
The following wellness activities can only be completed during Annual Enrollment (October 15-November 18, 2015)
