  • Claim Your Ceremony Guest Tickets

In order to comply with the current COVID-19 gathering restrictions and to follow safe social distancing guidelines, this year's commencement will allow a limited number of people and will require tickets to attend. You can bring two guests to watch the ceremony. The ceremony will be streamed live for other viewers at home.

We will email you information about how to claim your two guest tickets soon.

  • Pick Up Your Cap and Gown Beginning Thursday, April 1

Central Piedmont is covering all diploma and cap and gown fees this semester — you do not need to order or pay for your cap and gown. If you are eligible and want to participate in the 2021 commencement ceremony, you can pick up your complimentary cap and gown Thursday, April 1–Friday, April 30 at the Central Campus bookstore. (You are required to wear the cap and gown to participate in the ceremony.) This year, caps and gowns will be gray.

  • If You Will Graduate Summer 2021

Central Piedmont only has one ceremony a year, held in the spring. If you will finish your degree this summer and have two courses or fewer to finish your degree, you may be eligible to participate in the spring 2021 ceremony. Contact Graduation Services for more information.
