Peer Mentoring Program

The First Year Experience Peer Mentoring program is an opportunity for Central Piedmont students to support the college’s first-year students. The Peer mentors are role models who strive to help first-year students find the answers to a variety of questions, ranging from academic concerns to the challenges of balancing school and other priorities. Meetings will be tailored to the needs of the student.

Common topics include:

  • Financial Aid
  • BankMobile
  • Blackboard/Moodle
  • Joining Student Organizations
  • Tutoring
  • Communicating with Professors
