Aspire Bakery & Bistro
Aspire bakery & bistro, located on CPCC's Harris Campus, is self-supported and run by CPCC Baking and Pastry Arts students. All proceeds benefit student activities, scholarship, extracurricular education, resources. All of the food is produced fresh daily in our kitchens by our work-based learning students.
Aspire bakery & bistro strives to be environmentally conscious. Our Pura Vida coffees are rainforest friendly and certified organic. All of the paper and plastic ware for your dining needs are recyclable or compostable.
Aspire offers a variety of artisan style pastries, daily soups, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches and decadent desserts.
We offer on-site catering for small meetings or group functions - choose from breakfast, lunch or snack or dessert items.

CPCC’s Culinary Arts program provides training for careers in full service restaurants, hotels, resorts, clubs, catering and more. Our Baking and Pastry Arts program equips students with the skills and techniques needed to successfully secure a baking and pastry arts position in a variety of settings.
If you are interested in non-degree cooking and baking courses, try a Charlotte Cooks class. With classes ranging from knife skills and soup making, to bread baking and cake decorating, we have something for everyone.
