Guaranteed Admissions to Transfer to UNC Charlotte
As a 49erNext student, you will be guaranteed to be admitted to transfer to UNC Charlotte to pursue a bachelor’s degree after you complete an eligible Central Piedmont associate degree. In addition to guaranteed admissions, you'll have several other benefits as a 49erNext student. These include access to several UNC Charlotte student services. Visit the 49erNext page for more information or attend one of the below information sessions. Please note that in person information sessions will be held at UNC Charlotte.

Electrical Lineworker Program Information Sessions
Attend an information session to learn about Central Piedmont's Electrical Lineworker program, speak with our instructors, and tour the Lineyard.
Central Piedmont’s Electrical Lineworker training program will provide you with the academic knowledge and field skills needed to become an entry-level electrical lineworker for a private or public utility company. This field is in high demand, and companies are willing to fund employee education along with sign-on bonuses.
