Course experience evaluations are how Central Piedmont gets your feedback about your course experience at the end of the term.

If you need any technical support while completing your course experience evaluations, including if you forget your password or username, contact the Central Piedmont Service Desk or send an email.
The course evaluation period opens two weeks before a course ends and closes at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the class.
We do try to give you enough notification about the course evaluation period through a series of emails. The last email notification is sent three days before the evaluation period closes. However, if you do miss the evaluation period, you can still voice your opinion of the course and/or instructor by contacting the instructor or the associate dean.
Instructors can post their course grades only after the course evaluation period closes. We do not share evaluations with instructors until after they have submitted their grades. In order to try to ensure that responses are not influenced by posted final grades, the course evaluations cannot be re-opened after the evaluation period has closed.
You will get notification emails to your Central Piedmont student email letting you know when it's time for you to submit your course experience evaluations. These emails will include the link for you to submit your course experience evaluations.
The evaluation is 20 questions and takes just a few minutes to complete. Most of the questions are multiple choice, but there are two open-ended questions for comments. The more specific you can be about an observation or opinion, the more helpful your response.
You can complete your evaluations from your smartphone, tablet, personal laptop/desktop computers, or Central Piedmont computer lab computers.
You can change your responses to a course evaluation at any time before the evaluation period closes — after that, you cannot edit your responses.
To change your responses for courses that are still open for evaluation, log in to the course evaluation system and select the course evaluation to be updated by selecting the course name from your list of courses. Navigate through the course evaluation questionnaire, updating your responses. Then, select submit. When the evaluation period for a course is closed, the course will be grayed-out on your list of courses — you will not be able to access the course to change evaluation responses.
You will not be linked to the results given to faculty and administrators — no identifying data are included or shared with faculty. The system does not report any demographic information
We report only the information contained in your verbatim responses. (Comments to open-ended questions are shared as written.)
We take these evaluations seriously. Course evaluations strengthen teaching and learning, ultimately improving the courses offered at Central Piedmont. Responses from the evaluations are summarized in reports that are are shared with instructors, associate deans, deans, and the vice president of Academic Affairs.
