Want to relieve stress, improve focus, and do something nice for yourself? Don’t have a lot of time? Join Counseling Services online for Counseling on the Screen, a week of online, interactive, counselor-led activities to help you take care of you.

Monday, March 21

  • 10–11 a.m.: Rejuvenation Station — Mindfulness and Movement

    Discuss the importance of self-care, then try out a mindfulness practice and some simple exercises to energize you. Stay for the full session, or pop out early if you need to.

    Come talk about what stresses you out, learn new strategies to cope, and discover how to make a change for the better.

    An open dialogue around the hit show "Euphoria" and its themes of mental health, substance use, and relationships.
