Career Development Week
Join us for Central Piedmont's second annual Career Development Week. Hosted by the Office of Mentoring and Coaching in conjunction with Career Services, this year's event will be held on November 12-14, 2024, during National Career Development Month.
All three days will be filled with opportunities to engage with employers from various industries during professional development workshops. Sessions will include workshops on LinkedIn, resume development, professional headshots, mock interviews, employer panels, and a meet and greet. Employers will speak about current employment opportunities at their companies as well as discuss the skills necessary to be successful in this current job market.
As you are preparing for your first career or even your second or third, there will be something for you during this event. Mark your calendars and make plans to attend!

 Register for the Employer Panel and Meet & GreetJoin us as we hear from employers from different industries. During the panel, employers will share a brief overview of their professional journey, discuss current industry challenges and opportunities as well as share the important skills, characteristics and qualities that they look for in individuals seeking employment at their company. After the one hour panel, employers and students will have the opportunity to speak with each other.
