Building Your Coping Toolbox: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Series

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Series is for any Central Piedmont student who wants to learn ways to manage feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.

This program includes 8 free sessions and will cover the following skills modules:


  • mindfulness

  • distress tolerance

  • emotion regulation

  • interpersonal effectiveness

Let Us Know You're Coming

Students who attend at least one session per module (4 sessions total) will receive a coping toolbox at the end of the semester to take home with them.
