College Operating Status

A. Normal Operations

Campuses and offices are open; classes are in session via normal modes. All employees perform work as usual according to the normal core operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

B. Reduced Operations - Level 1

Campuses and offices are open; classes may be in person or remote depending on the circumstances. This level of operating status may be campus or building specific, which will accompany any college announcements.

  • Essential: work on campus as usual.
  • Remote: work on campus as usual, unless directly impacted, then work elsewhere on campus or remotely if necessary.
  • Non-Essential: work on campus as usual, unless directly impacted, then work elsewhere on campus.

C. Reduced Operations - Level 2

Campuses and offices are closed; classes do not meet in person; classes and college operations continue remotely.

  • Essential: work on campus as directed.
  • Remote: work remotely as directed.
  • Non-Essential: do not work - no remote capability.

D. Full Closure

Campuses and offices are closed; classes are canceled. College operations cease.

  • Essential: work on campus or remotely only if directed or required.
  • Remote: do not work; work remotely only if directed.
  • Non-Essential: do not work.
