Jessica Boyce
Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations
Jessica Boyce is the executive vice president of finance and operations, managing all aspects of finance, accounting, auxiliary services (including the bookstore and food services) and operations. Operations includes safety and security, facilities and construction, information technology services, and conference and event services.
Dr. Tracie Clark
Senior Vice President of Strategy, Talent and Institutional Effectiveness
Dr. Tracie Clark serves as the college's senior vice president of strategy, talent, and institutional effectiveness, overseeing strategic planning, research, grants development and performance, accreditation and policy. In addition, she is responsible for human resources, talent development, and legal services.
Dr. Heather Hill
Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs
Dr. Heather Hill serves as Central Piedmont's provost and chief academic officer. She oversees all aspects of academic excellence and rigor, including the development, implementation, communication and evaluation of the college's curriculum, continuing education and college and career readiness programs, as well as career services, the Small Business Center, the libraries, corporate engagement and customized training, economic development, global learning and the Truist Honors Program.
Dr. Amy Bruining
Vice President of Student Affairs
Dr. Amy Bruining serves as the vice president of student affairs, providing executive leadership for student access, engagement, and success. Her division delivers comprehensive support services that span the entire student journey - from early outreach and recruitment, through enrollment, engagement, programming, and compliance, to completion and graduation.
Catherine Butler
Vice President of Communications, Advancement and External Engagement
Catherine Butler is vice president of Communications, Advancement and External Engagement. She is responsible for the comprehensive brand positioning of Central Piedmont and WTVI (PBS Charlotte). In addition, she oversees the strategy for institutional advancement, as well as governmental affairs, stakeholder engagement and community relations.
Rick Fogarty
Interim Chief Operations Officer
Rick Fogarty oversees facilities and construction, safety and security, information technology and conference and event services.
Reid Beaver
Chief Human Resources Officer
Reid Beaver is responsible for all aspects of talent strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, organization learning and leadership development, employee relations, compensation and HR operations.
Lisa Schlachter
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Lisa Schlachter spearheads growth of the Central Piedmont Foundation and expansion of the college's philanthropic efforts, including student scholarships.
