We are always seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs plan, launch, and grow successful businesses.
Whether you have a unique seminar topic to teach or want to provide one-on-one business coaching and mentoring, there are rewarding opportunities to support aspiring and established business owners. Volunteer opportunities are available in person and virtually.
As a volunteer, you may:
- teach workshops, seminars, or specialized business courses
- provide confidential one-on-one business coaching and mentoring
- assist entrepreneurs with business planning, marketing, financial management, and growth strategies
- share industry expertise and practical insights with the local business community
How to Become a Volunteer:
- Email your current resume and professional bio to the Small Business Center.
- Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview to discuss volunteer opportunities and determine the best fit based on experience and expertise.
- Approved volunteers will complete the required volunteer, confidentiality, and background authorization documents.
- Attend an orientation session to learn about Small Business Center programs, counseling procedures, and virtual meeting tools.
- Begin supporting entrepreneurs through business coaching, mentoring, or instruction, either in person or virtually.
