Eligibility
You must:
- be a North Carolina resident eligible for in-state tuition
- have a high school diploma or equivalency and have completed no more than 24 college credits (associate degree) or no more than 14 college credits (diploma pathways)
- receive Pell Grants, the Next NC Scholarship or veterans benefits
- be enrolled in an associate or diploma program in advanced manufacturing, engineering, healthcare (pre-admission healthcare programs are not eligible), information technology / artificial intelligence, skilled trades, transportation or public safety, an associate degree program in arts, science or engineering
You cannot be a part of any other scholarship program, such as the Truist Honors Program, Opportunity Scholars, Honeywell STEM Academy, Bridge to Careers, or Student Ambassadors, to qualify for this program.
