Although there are many reasons you might choose to reach out to a counselor, some examples of topics you may wish to discuss include:

What to expect
You will speak with a caring professional who will treat you and your concerns with respect and confidentiality. We will ask about your needs, goals, and concerns so we can connect you with the most appropriate care provider. We will work with you in a collaborative way, helping you find solutions that work for you.
How to connect
Counseling is available at every campus and can be accessed in person or online.
New appointments: Complete the online intake form to get started. A counselor will follow up with you. Please also complete the Wellness Screener to help staff gain a better understanding of your overall needs.
