Professional clothing closet
Central Piedmont Community College offers a professional clothing closet to help you dress for interviews and maintain professional wear during work-based learning, internships and work. Once per semester, all current students are eligible to select up to four gently used outfits to build your wardrobe - cost free.
Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Hours: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Central Campus - Central High Building, Room 117
Donations
Drop off donations every Tuesday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Items that are eligible for donation include:
- business suits
- business skirts and professional slacks
- dress shirts and blouses
- blazers
- ties and belts
- professional jewelry
- professional shoes
Guidelines:
- Please clean all donation items.
- Make sure you donate items that you would want to select.
- Items with any stains, pet hair, holes or tears and items without sizes clearly labeled cannot be accepted.
- Items deemed not acceptable for the closet will be donated to a local charity.
