About the apprenticeship
Apprenticeships will begin in Summer 2027 and take 12 months to complete. During the program, selected candidates can expect to work about 20 hours per week and enroll in three or four college level courses each semester. Upon successful completion of the program, the apprenticeship will transition into a full-time position. To be eligible for the Coke Consolidated apprenticeship, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applications will open in early 2027.

During the apprenticeship, tuition for courses in your program will be paid by Coca-Cola Consolidated. As a part-time employee, apprentices will earn $18.50 an hour.
Apprentices who successfully complete the program will earn the opportunity to join Coca-Cola Consolidated / Red Classic Transportation as a full-time teammate with our 2nd / 3rd shift technical teams. First shift opportunities may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on business need.
