Congratulations on your admission to Central Piedmont!
Attendance at the F-1 student onboarding session is required. During the session, we will cover important topics related to your F-1 status, classes, academic expectations and employment.
However, you are not required to attend this session if any of the following apply to you:
- You have already attended this session before.
- You have applied for a change of status and have not yet received a response from USCIS.
- You will be outside the United States as of August 13th, 2026.
- You have deferred your application to Spring 2027.
Please remember to bring paper copies of the following documents with you to the session:
- Your Visa
- Your most recent I-94
- Your Form I-20
Bringing paper copies of these documents will help our check-in process move efficiently. All students — Transfer, Change of Status, and New — will receive new I-20s within the first two weeks of classes. We look forward to meeting you!
