This fall, Counseling Services will be hosting an Anxiety Counseling Group. This group is designed for students experiencing anxiety, excessive worry, stress, overthinking, perfectionism, social discomfort, or avoidance behaviors that impact their academic, social, or personal functioning. This group provides a supportive environment where students can:
• Learn practical coping skills for managing anxiety and stress
• Increase awareness of how anxiety impacts thoughts, behaviors, and emotions
• Practice evidence-based strategies for symptom management
• Connect with peers and reduce feelings of isolation• Improve overall emotional well-being and daily functioning
