About the Middle College program
Middle College programs offer accelerated learning opportunities that allow students to take college courses while completing high school graduation requirements. Students can complete an associate degree, certificate or earn up to two years of transferable college credit — tuition-free. Books are also covered by the program.
Students may begin the Middle College program in 11th grade.
How to apply
- Apply in CMS. Complete the CMS School Choice Lottery Process, following all deadlines and requirements as outlined.
- Apply to Central Piedmont. Complete the application to Central Piedmont Middle College.
- Monitor your email for next steps. You will receive an email from Central Piedmont containing your student ID number and steps to enroll.
