About the Nursing - LPN to ADN program

The Nursing - LPN to ADN program allows currently licensed practical nurses to advance their education and earn an associate degree in nursing. This accelerated, three-semester program builds on your existing knowledge and skills while preparing you for registered nurse practice. Graduates are eligible to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

You will strengthen your clinical skills, critical thinking, and nursing judgment through coursework, labs and clinical experiences. The program emphasizes patient-centered care, safe clinical decision-making, communication and professional nursing practice. Learning takes place in hands-on labs and a simulation center that mirrors real healthcare settings.
