Central Piedmont Procurement is governed and audited by the state of NC Division of Purchase and Contract. All purchases are made in accordance with the state laws of North Carolina.
Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) and NC E-procurement
Central Piedmont, its vendors, and other NC Community Colleges and state agencies participate in the statewide purchasing system known as the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP).
Register
Registration with eVP allows vendors to:
- Be an active vendor with NC E-Procurement, once NC E-Procurement terms of use are accepted. Vendors will need to be active with NC E-Procurement in order to do business with the college.
- Receive solicitation notifications and participate in the bidding process
- Keep their information up to date
