If you completed Adult High School coursework or earned a high school equivalency (GED® or HiSET®) through Central Piedmont Community College, you must be cleared to graduate to receive your diploma or certificate.
Checking your graduation status
Central Piedmont will notify you once you have completed all required coursework or testing. Adult High School students must also receive Literacy Education Information System (LEIS) clearance. To check your status, email the College and Career Readiness department.
If you are told you need an additional course but believe you have finished, contact your advisor to review your education plan. Once resolved, notify Graduation Services at graduation@cpcc.edu.
You’ll receive an email once you are cleared, usually within 4–6 weeks.
