About the Nursing - Accelerated ADN program

The Nursing - Accelerated ADN program prepares students for entry-level registered nurse positions in a fast-paced format. This program focuses exclusively on nursing coursework and provides an immersive learning experience through classroom instruction, labs, simulation, and clinical settings. Graduates meet the educational requirements to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).

You will learn key nursing skills such as checking patients, giving medications and making safe decisions. You get to practice organizing your day, setting priorities and working with other healthcare professionals. You will also learn how to keep clear patient records, follow safety rules and respond to changes in a patient’s condition. Through labs and clinicals, you will build confidence providing care in healthcare settings and feel ready to work as an entry-level registered nurse.
