  • Spring Break

    Spring Break for students and faculty; no classes. College services will be open as usual. If you plan to come to campus, contact departments ahead of time to confirm their availability. Classes resume on Monday, March 14.

  • Graduation Application Deadline

    The deadline to apply for graduation for your name to appear in the spring 2021 commencement program has passed. You can still apply to graduate and participate in the commencement ceremony after this deadline passes.

    In order to participate in the graduation ceremony, you must submit your graduation application by this date. This guarantees processing in time to order your cap and gown. Applications submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be processed before the deadline to purchase a cap and gown for the ceremony. Apply by this date to have your name appear in the printed spring graduation ceremony program.

    Central Piedmont has one graduation ceremony per year, in the spring. If you are eligible to graduate, you may submit your graduation application in fall to participate in the spring ceremony. If you submit your application in the summer, your name will appear in the following year's printed commencement program.

  • Commencement (Graduation) Ceremonies

  • Summer Bridge Information Session

    Location: Two online, one in-person (details to come)

    Join us for an information session to learn about Central Piedmont's Summer Bridge program for high school seniors.

    Summer Bridge helps you jump start your college career and get a heard start on your college classes. With Summer Bridge, you enroll in college classes at Central Piedmont for six weeks the summer after you graduate high school. This helps you successfully transition from high school to college in a closed, structured, and supervised environment.

    Benefits of the program include learning what will be expected of you in college, getting a higher college GPA, and making friends. You'll also earn up to four hours of college credit. Full scholarships are available if you are selected for the program. Financial advising is also available.
