Passport to Pastries: A Taste Around the World

Location: Central Campus, Parr Center Ground Floor/Collaboration Stairs

The Baking and Pastry Arts program will collaborate with the Center for Global Engagement during International Education Week to showcase globally inspired baked goods prepared by students.

Proposed Event Menu:

• Pistachio Walnut Baklava – Turkey

• Pandebono – Colombia

• Spiced Concha – Mexico

• Cranberry Orange Biscotti – Italy

• Black Forest Cake – Germany

NC Scholars of Global Distinction students will also participate by providing additional cultural and global context related to the five featured countries and regions.
