Paid Apprenticeships with Coca-Cola Consolidated

Did you know the nation's largest Coca-Cola bottler is based right here in Charlotte? It takes all different kinds of workers to make those facilities run. Now, you can get paid to learn the skills you need to be part of that action.

Earn and Learn

You can “earn and learn” with a paid apprenticeship with Coca-Cola Consolidated. Coke Consolidated is funding apprenticeships at Central Piedmont Community College to spur interest in high-demand positions in manufacturing, equipment repair, and logistics at its Charlotte-area facilities.

Application

Scholars have been selected for 2025. Future apprenticeships will begin in Summer 2026 and take 12 months to complete. During the program, selected candidates can expect to work about 20 hours per week and enroll in three or four college level courses each semester. Upon successful completion of the program, the apprentice will transition into a full-time position.
