If you are taking college credit courses, your registration is complete when your tuition and fees are paid or your account balance is $0.
If you still have a balance after financial aid or scholarships are applied, you must pay the remaining balance or sign up for the tuition payment plan by the payment deadline.
Payment due dates
College credit:
After the semester begins, payments are due each Monday.
- If you register Tuesday through Sunday, your payment is due the following Monday.
- If you register on Monday, payment is due the same day.
Students enrolled in the tuition payment plan should follow the payment schedule listed in their plan.
Continuing education:
Payment for continuing education courses is due when you register. For more information, visit the Continuing Education website.
How to pay your tuition
To view your current tuition and fees or obtain a tuition statement, log in to MyCollege and select Student Finance.
Online
Log in to MyCollege and select Student Finance to make a payment or enroll in the tuition payment plan.

Payment disputes
If a payment is disputed with a bank or credit card issuer, or otherwise returned after it has been processed, the amount of the payment and a $25 insufficient funds fee will be charged back to the student's account. A hold will be placed on the student account until the balance has been resolved.
Unpaid balances
The college may attempt to notify students of outstanding balances using the contact information on file. However, students are responsible for monitoring their account and resolving any amounts owed. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to a collection agency and/or the North Carolina Department of Revenue. A hold may be placed on the student account, which may prevent registration for classes or the awarding of a diploma until the balance is paid in full.
