Citrix session lengths vary depending on the program that is being used. A session log off could occur as early as after ten to fifteen minutes. Any work not saved when the session is logged off will be lost. We recommend not leaving a session unattended, and that you save your work frequently to prevent loss of data.

    1. To logout of the Cloud correctly, first make sure that you save all of your work to the proper destination. Close any open programs and navigate to the start button. Select the user icon, and choose "Sign out." Your Cloud session will begin to close immediately.
