Italy: “A Taste of Italy”

Experience Italy from a very unique culinary perspective. Not only will you visit the traditional Italian landmarks such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Duomo, you will also experience unique places such as the San Teodoro Organic Market and a private tour of the Rome Sustainable Food Program. You will visit a local Parmigiano Cheese Production Site and local pasta and prosciutto stores. You will understand the farm-to-table concept in the Italian culture while also experiencing fine dining, history, and culture.

Students not seeking to earn academic credit for their participation must register for:

  • TVL 7800 - non curriculum course
