What is your hometown: I’m from a little bit of everywhere as my dad was in the Army. If I had to say a place it would be Charlotte, NC as I’ve been here since 2000.
What is your major: Associates in Business Administration
What is your career aspirations: Own a Boutique
Why did you join Rotaract: To help out in areas that I was unfamiliar in and to educate myself in as much of the community as I can.
What is your favorite Rotaract service project you participated in and why: Working with Second Harvest Food Bank at a local school WG Byers in Charlotte. This was a great experience where we handed out food, books, and other supplies to families in need of them.
Why should other CPCC students join Rotaract: I feel that other students would get what I’ve had a chance to get, more education, friends, connections, and a better understanding of what is going on in our community.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live in why: Miami, FL. I love the fashion in Miami, it has an international airport and there are so many communities all around Miami that need people who want to be involved.

What is your hometown: Mombasa, Kenya.
What is your major: Associate in Science.
What is your career aspirations: to become a Physical Therapist.
Why did you join Rotaract:I joined Rotaract because I wanted to give back to my community through volunteer services.
What is your favorite part of being a Rotaract member: Getting to meet and interact with so many new people on all events I take part in. Every activity usually is a very refreshing experience.
Why should other CPCC students join Rotaract: It is a wonderful opportunity to get yourself involved and the fact that you get to serve your community while having fun at the same time is incredible.

What is your major: Kinesiology going into Physical Therapist
What is your career aspirations: I want to become Physical Therapist to heal people from injuries and to make a legacy.
What university do you want to transfer to: University of North Carolina, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, or University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Why did you join Rotaract: Because I want to make a legacy for the club before I leave college.
What is your favorite Rotaract service project you participated in and why: My favorite Rotaract project service I participated is WG Byers, Morning Santa, and the CSNAP conference.

What is your major: Nursing
What is your career aspirations: Pediatric Nurse
What university do you want to transfer to: UNCC
Why did you join Rotaract: To help serve our community!
What is your favorite part of being a Rotaract member: Helping out the community, and encouraging other students to become involved too, and work as a team.
Why should other CPCC students join Rotaract: Students should join this club because it’s an awesome experience! You become involved in the campus events, and you become aware of your communities problems, and work in ways to help them.
If you could change one thing about the world, what would you change and why: I would change the perspective of what people view as success, and not have it primarily defined by materialistic things. Success could be education, research, and other personal achievements.

What is your hometown: I was born in Greensboro, NC but grew up in Chicago, Illinois
Where did you go to college? I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Illinois University, my Master’s Degree from Indiana State University, and I am currently working on my Doctorate at North Carolina State University. Go Wolfpack!!
What is your career aspirations: I think I have found it in Service-Learning!!
What is your favorite Rotaract service project you participated in and why: I think our Alternative Spring Break trip sponsored through CPCC’s Service-Learning Center was the most amazing experience and was very impactful on everyone that went, including myself.
Why should other CPCC students join Rotaract: Students need to get involved in their community and learn to help others. The opportunities are endless with Rotaract!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live in why? Sarasota, Florida would be wonderful so I could spend a lot more time with my parents.
