All employees are encouraged to get involved and participate in one of the many faculty and staff councils or committees. The College sponsors a variety of additional committees. Look for postings and invitations in the weekly Communicator or talk to your department.
Employee Learning Outcomes are statements which describe the most important things employees should know, be able to do, or demonstrate as a result of completing your training.
The Doctoral Research Group is comprised of CPCC employees who are currently enrolled in doctoral programs. The purpose of this informal group is to share resources and provide support to employees balancing the demands of full-time work and the rigors of doctoral work.
