Multi-Function Printers (MFPs)


CPCC offers printing throughout all College campuses with the use of Multi-Function Printers (MFPs).  An MFP is a device that combines printing, copying, scanning, and faxing into a single unit and is designed to improve work group productivity.


Any and all problems experienced with MFP devices should be directed to the Information Technology Help Desk.

With the amount of MFP devices placed throughout campuses and the variation of needs in certain areas, CPCC maintains several different MFP models.  For a list of all MFP models types currently deployed, please see the list below:

Print Management

The print management system is used in conjunction with MFP devices deployed by CPCC throughout all six campuses.  It's purpose to is to track and maintain print accounts for CPCC employees and is managed by a liaison in each department.  Each employee who has a print management account is issued a PIN and also has a set balance that is managed by the liaison.  To look up your PIN and/or print management account balance, follow the instructions below:

  • Browse to
  • Click on CPCC Login located at the bottom left corner of the page
  • Click on Login located on the green banner at the top of the page
  • Enter your employee network account username/password and click on Login
  • Click on Print Account - View your PIN number for use with MFPs and your current balance

If you do not have a print management account you will need to contact the liaison in your department responsible for maintaining print management accounts/funds.
