The following is a list of services for facilitating instructional activities. To request new service or make changes to an existing service, please submit a service request. For assistance with or questions about a service, contact the ITS Help Desk.

Astra Web Client
Access Adastra online room scheduling information via your browser.

Class Email Lists
Class email lists provide a single address to contact all students by section.

Course Administration Webtools (CAW)
Online tools and utilities to manage the administrative aspects of your courses, including CODs, Online Course Shell Management, Rosters, Ten Percent Reporting, and Grade Reports.

Online Searchable Directory of Faculty, Staff, and Department contact information.

Online Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Alternatives and/or enhancements to traditional course delivery methods.  Blackboard and Moodle LMSs are available.

eLearning web site
Course content development resources or assistance.

Student Opinion Survey Results (SOS)
View results from each semester's Student Opinion Survey's online. (note: you must be the instructor of record for a course to view results)

Technology-enhanced Classrooms and Labs
Many rooms have technology for enhancing learning and communication. Some classrooms and/or labs may be equipped with projectors, VCRs and TVs, Instructor Computer Workstation, Student Computer Workstations, and specific computer software or hardware needed for certain courses.

TV/Media Services
Deliver course content via CPCC Television or other media.
