Mattie Thomas - Human Resources Coordinator

Responsible for coordination of the Human Resources Department's overall functioning and support needs including budgets, procurement, accounting, processes, and general inquiries.

Scottie Pankey - Human Resources Technician II

First point-of-contact for the College's Human Resources services including assistance with the College's employment application/hiring process.

Benefits and Compensation

Joanette Freeman - Executive Director of Benefits and Compensation

Overall responsibility for management of the College’s employee benefits and compensation programs and services.

Ana Holland - Human Resources Systems Analyst

Serves as the CIS and IT expert for Human Resources Information Systems.

Linda AndersonLeaves Specialist

Responsible for full-time timesheets, leave accounting functions, family and medical leave (FMLA) and disability programs, and verification of prior service.

Gloria Reddon Benefits Specialist

Responsible for Workers' Compensation, and the daily support of flexible spending account, dental, vision insurance programs.

Teesha Boozer - Human Resources Specialist

Responsible for a variety of tasks to assist with the administration of the Compensation and Benefits program and related activities.

Recruitment and Selection

Cheryl Addison Raley - Director, Employee Recruitment & Retention

Overall responsibility for the College's recruitment and selection activities. Responsible for  the hiring process for the units of Marketing and Community Relations, Enrollment and Student Services, Facilities Services, Government Relations and Grants, Information Technology Services, Institutional Advancement, and Audit Services and Reporting.

Sheila Clemons - Senior Human Resources Analyst

Responsible for the hiring process for the units of Learning, Administrative Services, Planning & Research, Service Corp and Theater Operations.

Herbert RembertHuman Resources Analyst

Responsible for the hiring process for the units of The President's Office, Information Technology Services, Facilities Services, and Enrollment & Student Services.

Jim Sebastian - PT Human Resources Technician III

Assist with task associated with recruitment and selection activities for FT and PT employees.

Employee Relations and Records Management

Vacant - Executive Director Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention

Overall responsibility for management of the College's Employee Relations and Retention programs and services including employment regulatory compliance, policy interpretation and compliance, conflict resolution and employee grievances.

Carol Hyde - Human Resources Data Management Specialist

Responsible for Human Resources records including personnel files, employment background checks, I-9 forms, employment verification, and information contained within Human Resources databases.
