Culinary Small wares may be purchased at the CPCC bookstore. Veterans and Financial Aid students should communicate with Financial Aid office regarding purchase of required tools and uniforms. The kit, purchased at the bookstore includes:

Students purchasing equipment outside of the bookstore are expected to have all appropriate tools for each class. The carry case must be secure, appropriate for transportation in a public environment, and capable of protection of sharp instruments.  Tools and carry case purchased outside of the bookstore are subject to departmental approval. Cost of tools and carry case at the CPCC bookstore is approximately $450.00.
