Faculty and Staff may also fill out Online Service Request Forms.
All requests for service must originate with the Help Desk. Contacting individual IT staff directly for service will not be honored.
While working at home or in the office employees may contact the IT Help Desk between
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am to 9:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Requests for support submitted after hours will be processed only when the Help Desk is open.
