Sensoria Festival

Experience events focused on culture, literature, arts and design, business and entrepreneurship, leadership and service during Central Piedmont's Sensoria.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our live Sensoria 2021 events! We encourage all Central Piedmont students, faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as the community, to join us next year to continue to experience some of the best programming in the Charlotte region, celebrate the talent and accomplishments of Central Piedmont students, and to discover Central Piedmont’s outstanding creative programs. Recordings are also or will be available soon for several of the passed live events.

Irene Blair Honeycutt Distinguished Lecturer

The 27th anniversary of this festival brought Eugene Scott as the 2021 Irene Blair Honeycutt Distinguished Lecturer. Scott is a political writer for The Washington Post and a regular on-air contributor, providing analysis on MSNBC, CNN U.S., CNN International, HLN, CBS, and NPR.

Student Forum with Dr. Deitemeyer

As in past years, the 2021 Sensoria festival featured a time for students to ask questions and have a conversation with President Dr. Deitemeyer.
