Apartment Maintenance

This program is designed in conjunction with the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association serving as an introduction for new maintenance professionals, as a refresher for the veteran employees or for owners of rental property, to give these professionals the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program. Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any operating budget. With this program, you will learn how to fix and make repairs that preserve the property and create a community where residents are more likely to renew their lease.
