Central Piedmont is an official Northstar testing/proctoring site. The Northstar self-directed digital skills assessment is not a placement test. It is a tool that helps you to understand your technology skill levels better and helps you focus on the areas where you might need technology training.

The Central Piedmont Library collaborates directly with all departments and programs to support digital literacy. You can also receive technology support at any of the college’s Student Technology Center locations or via the Service Desk.
