Contracts Management

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for the review of contracts and agreements to ensure consistency in the identification of all risks and that the appropriate means to mitigate these risks are taken. Therefore, Central Piedmont has established insurance requirements as they relate to contracts. Please refer to the Central Piedmont Insurance Requirements for details.

In addition to vendor agreements, Enterprise Risk Management reviews the following types of contracts:

  • Construction/Renovation
  • Consulting and Professional Services
  • Commercial Lease of Premises
  • Charter Transportation
  • Use of College Facilities (Rental Application)
