Eligibility
Eligible individuals include those who served on active duty at least 90 aggregate days beginning on or after September 11,2001, or individuals discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days of continuous service. The chart below provides a rough estimate of the awarded amounts for housing, and books and supplies. Exact amounts are determined by the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Candidates that are 100% eligible are currently offered the maximum housing allowance of $1173.00 and a stipend of $41.67 per credit hour for books and supplies.
