For a limited time, the NC Health and Wellness Trust Fund’s QuitlineNC is offering free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) for full-time Central Piedmont Community College students, ages 18-29, who are North Carolina residents. Central Piedmont Community College has announced that it will become tobacco-free on January 2, 2010. The College’s Board of Trustees voted to make all six of CPCC’s campuses tobacco-free, stating that tobacco-free campuses model healthy behaviors and offer individuals of all ages a healthier place to learn, work and visit. CPCC is committed to providing its employees, students and visitors with a safe and healthy environment.
