If your organization would like to be involved with, represented at, or contribute to this year’s initiative, please submit the online application form. Contributor applications will be reviewed and considered on an individual basis.

Costs and Fees

Invited event contributors and displays will be provided with basic table and display needs.

Each contributor display will be provided the following essentials:
  • One six foot table 
  • One table cover 
  • One four-plug power strip 
  • Internet access (LAN and/or WIFI) 
  • Total cost: $0.00
     

Enhancements

Contributors can further enhance their presence through the affordable options below. These add-ons are an amazingly affordable way for your organization to reach its target audience via our student population, public attendance, and faculty/staff involvement.

  • Additional table with cover: $200.00 each 
  • Breakout presentation or training sessions: $200.00 
  • Your logo on event shirts: $150.00 
  • Your logo on event printed materials: $150.00
  • Additional marketing display, $100.00 each

The silver sponsor package offers exceptional value for enhanced branding and promotion of your organization at The Geek Fest. Furthermore, a silver sponsor is included on event promotional materials such as shirts, flyers, and brochures.

For optimal exposure of your organization through the The Geek Fest, become a Presenting. For example, “The Geek Fest Presented by YOUR COMPANY NAME.” This is a unique opportunity for GREAT exposure and branding through our one-of-a-kind event. Enjoy all benefits of the Rare Earth Sponsorship and your company name will appear in ALL references to THE Geek Fest as "Presented by YOUR COMPANY NAME." Custom packages and options may be negotiated based on your organization's specific needs.

Tax Deductible Status

Sponsorship of The Geek Fest is tax deductible above the basic fair market value of participation as a gift to the CPCC Foundation, Inc. The CPCC Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization eligible to receive tax deductible gifts in accordance with IRS regulations. All proceeds support scholarships and other student needs at Central Piedmont Community College.
