Screening Tests - Nurse Aide I, Phlebotomy, EMT, Dietary Managers

 

The Nurse Aide I, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Dietary Managers programs require that all applicants take a Screening Test. These Screening Tests are comprised of two sections: Reading Comprehension and Arithmetic. There is no time limit. Please allow ten days to receive your score report via email.

Screening Tests are available at the Cato, Central, Levine and North campus Testing Centers.  Testing hours are:

Monday - Thursday

Cato 8am - 3pm

Central 8am - 4pm

Levine 8am - 4pm

Merancas (North) 8am - 3pm 

 

Friday 

8am - 2pm 

  Hours are subject to change.

 

Effective July 1, 2011 the current paper & pencil screening test will be replaced by the Reading and Arithmetic sections of the computerized ACCUPLACER test.  Study guides and practice tests are available HERE
