Professional Development

The Office of Professional Development provides learning opportunities to help faculty and staff improve their skills and expand their areas of expertise.  The goal of Professional Development is to be the bridge between training needs and outstanding performance in service to the College.

Professional Development supports the ongoing development of Central Piedmont Community College as a dynamic learning organization by helping all employees access professional development opportunities. These opportunities are:

• Based on the learning needs of our students and communities
• Accountable to institutional goals and priorities
